| Welcome
to the Northbank newsletter |

2006
is a year of two halves – and not just for the football! Q1 saw stock
markets booming, followed by a market down turn in Q2 that could either
be a short glitch or an impending bear! Summer will tell. For Northbank,
2006 has been busy with new clients and a significantly expanded team: 32
staff serving some 90 clients globally. Newsflow has been good for many
clients, with a notably increased interest in acquistions by the big players
including CAT, Delta Biotechnology and Biacore. We continue to welcome new
clients who have their sights set on being industry leaders – and
the opportunity to help you succeed. We look forward to hearing from you.

Charles, CEO

| New
website for CeNeS Pharmaceuticals
CeNeS Pharmaceuticals wanted a website which clearly reflected its position as a “product” company with a dedicated focus. The existing website used imagery which was very technical and did not utilise a clear design style across all media. Starting with an established logo and corporate colour scheme, Northbank created a new theme to communicate key messages and establish CeNeS as a late stage CNS focused product company. View
