Mark Garraway

Mark is a Partner, leading the Industrials team. In his 20 years of experience, Mark has advised on a wide range of IPOs and cross-border transactions, including hostile bids and defences, deals and fund raisings.

He has been involved in some of the larger flotations on the London Stock Exchange of recent years including South African Breweries and Old Mutual, now both FTSE 100 stocks. Mark joined College Hill from the Confederation of British Industry.
