Victoria Cross

With more than 12 years' communications experience, Victoria is a senior consultant in the College Hill corporate practice and is deputy managing director of the Oxfordshire office. She has extensive experience developing and implementing strategic communications programmes for clients across a range of sectors including agriculture, animal health, banking/financial services, food and drink, , education, environment, government, marketing services, property and professional services.

An experienced corporate coach, Victoria has run influencing skills, assertiveness, presentation skills and media training courses for a range of senior executives in sectors as diverse as banking and utilities. She is also a trained focus group and strategy workshop facilitator.

A crisis/risk management specialist Victoria has developed and implemented crisis management procedures for clients across Europe. She has given lectures on various aspects of communications at both the University of Oxford and the University of Kingston-Upon-Thames.
